The river channel of the Remedy have a total length of 15.7 km, of which 4.1 km is located in the Federal District and the remainder is a state of Mexico. Description: The River of remedies is a major river that helps drain the sewage from the north of Mexico City and part of the State of Mexico.

 The chaotic process of urbanization in the Metropolitan Area of Mexico has led to serious problems for the environment, which is manifested in the continuing urban sprawl that invades areas even of federal zones.

 The urban sprawl is a major cause greater pollution of this river since unknowingly throw many waste into the river and its banks which aggravates the problem of reuse of these waters.

In this image it looks like people in my neighborhood going to piles of garbage mounds as shown in image and in these mounds when it rains garbage goes to the drain and the water in the canal out very dirty and infested with trash goes down the drain.

   Here is a picture that this winged home of mine but in the back and this crap is very attached to the channel and all vecidos not understand and so good to throw trash and rubble from the buildings you a lot of trash and it also smells really bad in the colony ...

 Here is shown as people throw their garbage in the canal and burn Christmas trees after Christmas date

  Here was a strainer but removed by the garbage vat to drain and this is a picture which shows that the waste is going directly to the channel and for that very reason it happened the overflow of the Rio de los Remedios in 2010
